1. Introduction

These Terms of Service explain how Angel Flow Holistic Therapy provides website information, handles enquiries, and offers Functional Kinesiology sessions. By using this website, contacting me, or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the contact form or book a session.

2. Scope of Services

Angel Flow Holistic Therapy offers Functional Kinesiology and related holistic wellbeing support. Sessions are intended to support balance, wellbeing, and self-awareness through complementary techniques.

Services provided through this practice:

  • Are complementary and holistic in nature
  • Are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care
  • Do not amount to medical advice, medical diagnosis, or a promise to cure any condition
  • Do not guarantee a specific result or outcome

3. Booking and Appointments

The preferred way to book a session is through the website's Book your session buttons, which will connect to my Square booking system. Bookings may also be requested by email, phone, WhatsApp, or the website contact form, but the Square booking flow should be used where available.

A booking made through Square is subject to Square's booking and payment processes in addition to these terms. Bookings requested through other channels are only confirmed once you receive direct confirmation from me.

Before your first session, you may be asked to provide relevant health or lifestyle information and to give informed consent so I can assess whether the service is suitable for you.

Adult clients will normally be seen privately unless they ask for another person to be present. If I work with a child or vulnerable person, written permission from a parent or legal guardian may be required and I may require a responsible adult to be present during the appointment.

4. Fees and Payment

Session fees will be confirmed at the time of booking or before treatment begins. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Payment may be collected through Square when you book online, or on the day of the appointment or in advance if requested
  • Accepted payment methods may include Square, bank transfer, card payment, cash, or other agreed methods
  • Any late payment or unpaid session may need to be settled before future appointments are confirmed

Gift cards may also be offered through Square. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed in line with any expiry date, booking conditions, or other instructions shown at purchase.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

  • At least 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full or in part
  • If I need to cancel your appointment, I will offer a new time or arrange an appropriate refund for any advance payment

6. Client Responsibilities

To help me provide safe and appropriate support, you agree to:

  • Provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
  • Inform me of any relevant medical diagnosis, medication, injury, pregnancy, or change in your health
  • Follow up with a GP or other qualified healthcare professional where appropriate
  • Use your own judgement about the choices you make following a session

7. Health and Safety

Functional Kinesiology is not intended to diagnose illness, prescribe medication, or replace conventional healthcare. You should always seek urgent medical attention for emergencies and consult a suitably qualified medical professional for diagnosis and treatment of health conditions.

I will not advise you to stop taking prescribed medication, avoid medically recommended care, or replace medical treatment with complementary sessions. If I believe you may need medical attention, I may ask you to contact your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional before continuing.

I may decline, postpone, or end a session if I believe the service is not appropriate, if there is a safety concern, or if a client would be better supported by another professional.

If a parent or guardian does not obtain appropriate medical care for a child where it is clearly needed, I may refuse or discontinue treatment.

8. Contact Form and Website Use

When you use the website contact form, you agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or spam content. The form is provided for genuine enquiries relating to services offered by the practice.

Website content is for general information only. I make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current, but I do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, up to date, or suitable for every individual situation.

9. Practice Premises Security

For safety and security, an outdoor camera operates at the practice premises and may capture clients or visitors arriving for appointments. Any footage is stored locally and is automatically deleted after 30 days unless it needs to be kept for longer to investigate an incident or comply with legal obligations.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your personal information is handled in line with the Privacy Policy. Session and contact details are treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to legal, safeguarding, or professional obligations that may require disclosure.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please raise the matter with me first so I have the opportunity to respond and, where possible, resolve it fairly.

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may also be able to refer it to a relevant professional body or insurer where applicable, including the Kinesiology Federation if the service was provided under KF membership or standards.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel Flow Holistic Therapy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on website content, or decisions made by a client following complementary therapy sessions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Intellectual Property

All text, branding, graphics, and other website content remain the property of Angel Flow Holistic Therapy unless otherwise stated. You may view or print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, republish, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

14. Changes to Services or Terms

I may update these terms, website content, or service details from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this website, and continued use of the website or services after updates means the revised terms apply.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these terms or the services provided through this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
